Terms & Conditions
The legal agreement governing your use of the Cyber755 website and every service we offer. By using this site or requesting any service, you accept these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of terms
Using cs755.com, or contacting our team to request any service, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the site or request a service.
The operator and registered legal owner of this website is ALI ABDUL KAREEM MOHAMMAD SAMARA, trading as Cyber755, Building 22, sharA aljamAa Street, Salt, Jordan.
2. Description of services
Cyber755 provides four main service categories:
- Account Recovery: technical support and preparation of official appeals to recover hacked or suspended social accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and others).
- Cybersecurity for Organizations: incident response, threat hunting, compliance review, secure-by-design consulting, managed IT security, and security awareness training.
- Automation & AI: building automation systems and AI tool integrations for client businesses.
- Free Tools: CVE vulnerability radar, email breach checker, and an anonymous encrypted link vault — provided "as-is" at no charge.
- Plus two specialized services, Crisis Response and Identity Shield, each with dedicated terms below.
3. Eligibility & lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, or request the service under supervision of a legal guardian, to use our paid services.
Core condition for Account Recovery: you must be the genuine owner or lawfully authorized holder of the account you ask us to recover. Filing a recovery request for an account you do not own, or lack explicit authorization over, is a material breach of these terms and may expose you to liability under Jordan's Cybercrime Law — we will refuse or halt any request suspected of being an unauthorized account-takeover attempt.
4. Service limits & no outcome guarantee
Account recovery depends on an official appeal decided under the policies of the relevant platform (Meta, Snap, etc.) — entities entirely outside our control, which alone decide whether to grant the appeal and how long that takes. Cyber755 applies its full professional diligence in preparing and filing the request but does not guarantee account recovery and is not liable for the platform's decision.
Free tools (CVE radar, breach checker, link vault) are provided "as-is", with no express or implied warranty of complete accuracy or continuous availability.
5. Identity Shield — specific terms
Identity Shield is a paid subscription to scan and match your photos against a database to flag potential misuse. Photo quotas, subscription duration, and pricing are as shown on the service page at the time of subscribing, and may change for new subscriptions without retroactive effect on an already-paid subscription.
Uploading photos constitutes your representation that you hold full legal rights to those photos, and your explicit consent to processing them solely for the stated scanning purpose.
6. Digital Crisis Response — specific terms
This service is provided as confidential, advisory support for victims of digital blackmail and threats to publish intimate content, by guiding you through official platform reporting steps and activating proactive protection tools (StopNCII / Take It Down) that work from an image hash, never the image itself. This service is advisory and does not replace reporting a crime to law enforcement.
7. Payment & refunds
Fees for any paid service are as shown at the time of order or subscription. Payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways; we never store your card details.
Given the nature of the service (immediate technical/administrative effort once work begins), there is no automatic refund once an account-recovery request has started or an Identity Shield subscription is activated, except where a technical failure on our part prevents the service from being delivered at all — such refund requests are evaluated case-by-case through our official support channel.
8. Intellectual property
All site content — text, design, logo, and software tools — is the exclusive property of Cyber755, protected under applicable intellectual property law, and may not be copied or commercially reused without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Jordanian law, Cyber755 is not liable for any indirect, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the site or its services, including third-party decisions (such as those of social platforms). This clause does not affect any statutory right that cannot be excluded under Jordanian consumer-protection law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate delivery of any service immediately if we suspect unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or falsified ownership evidence submitted for an account-recovery request.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from use of the site or its services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Balqa Governorate / Amman, Jordan.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Any material change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the change.
