Privacy Policy
How Cyber755 collects, uses, and protects your data across every service we run — account recovery, digital crisis response, Identity Shield, and enterprise security services.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Cyber755 website (cs755.com) and every service delivered through it: recovery of hacked or suspended social accounts, cybersecurity services for organizations, automation and AI tooling, our free public tools (CVE vulnerability radar, email breach checker, encrypted link vault), digital crisis response for blackmail/extortion cases, and Identity Shield photo-protection.
The data controller is the registered legal owner of this website: ALI ABDUL KAREEM MOHAMMAD SAMARA, Building 22, sharA aljamAa Street, Salt, Jordan — referred to in this document as "Cyber755" or "we".
2. Data we collect
We only collect what is actually needed to deliver the requested service. What we collect depends on which service you use:
- Contact data: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and message content when you use the contact form or reach us on an official channel.
- Account recovery data: the username/account handle you want recovered, an incident description, and any ownership evidence you voluntarily provide (screenshots, invoices, registration email) to support the official appeal filed with the platform.
- Identity Shield data: the photos you upload for scanning and matching, your email address, your subscriber ID, and your scan history (scan dates, photo counts, per-photo status).
- Crisis Response data: an incident description when you report a blackmail or non-consensual intimate image threat — we never receive the original content itself; we work only with a cryptographic hash through StopNCII / Take It Down.
- Automatic technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically via server logs for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use your data
We use the data above strictly for the following purposes:
- Delivering the requested service: processing an account-recovery request, running a security scan, operating Identity Shield, or answering your inquiry.
- Communicating with you about your case or subscription status, including alerts and scan-status updates.
- Improving service quality and security, including fault analysis and fraud/abuse prevention.
- Meeting legal obligations or responding to a lawful request from a competent Jordanian authority.
- We never use your data for third-party marketing, and we never sell or rent it, under any circumstance.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and the Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015. Each processing activity relies on one of: performance of a service contract you explicitly requested, your explicit consent (as with Identity Shield photo uploads), or a legitimate interest in site security and fraud prevention.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: account-recovery case data is deleted a reasonable period after case closure for follow-up purposes, Identity Shield data is deleted automatically once your subscription period ends unless you renew, and crisis/blackmail case data never includes the original content in the first place — we work with the image hash only, via StopNCII/Take It Down, never the image itself.
7. Security measures
As a cybersecurity company, we hold our own infrastructure to strict standards: HTTPS/TLS encryption site-wide, encrypted storage for sensitive data, internal access limited strictly to operational need, and zero storage of original visual content in blackmail/extortion cases — we rely solely on a one-way cryptographic hash.
8. Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law, you may at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
- Withdraw your consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- File a complaint with the competent personal-data-protection authority in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
10. Minors & sensitive protection cases
Our services are directed at adults (18+) capable of entering a legal agreement. For crisis-response cases involving the blackmail or exploitation of a minor, we handle the report with the highest confidentiality and sensitivity, and immediately route the case to Jordan's competent child-protection authorities alongside our technical support.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically as our services or applicable law evolve. Any material change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of it.
